Shipping policy

Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.  During peak times of the year it may take 2-3 business days to process an order.  

Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and if needed via motor freight.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

 

International Shipping

For international shipments, we will work with you to ensure the cost of the shipping makes sense relative to the size of your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mixologie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Process

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wholesale@mymixologie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.  If your order requests shipment to a PO Box, we will ship your order using USPS regardless of any carrier selection made during checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wholesale@mymixologie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Third Party Platforms

Third party platforms such as Faire, Abound, FashionGo, Tundra, etc. may handle the shipping costs/shipping notifications for your order.  If placing an order through those platforms, please refer to their Shipping Policy.

Similarly, if seeking a refund, return, or exchange and you purchased through a Third Party Platform, please see their relevant policies as needed.
